The room itself was nice, and the location was good.
The room itself was nice, and the location was good. Boat transport to Erawan falls was really great.
In general we have had an amazing experience of hotels in this area so this was a sad exception- by far the most expensive and worst hotel we went to in Thailand. The hotel was mostly closed and many facilities unavailable. E.g. restaurant closed, no help on offer with transport, pool was dirty when we arrived and hurriedly cleaned when we looked like we might swim. Breakfast buffet turned out to be no choice offer of pretty unpleasant food. Staff were not very interested in offering help or service- e.g. when no milk available for morning (instant) coffee, the staff just said there is no milk. After several requests and finally a visit to manager it turns out milk was available. We were told we must eat in our room. Vegetarian in our group ordered the only veggie meal on the menu- it was a burger bun with the burger removed! This stay was meant to be a 4* treat at the end of our amazing trip in Thailand, and instead we were very happy to leave. Shame- most Thai hotels and restaurants are just lovely.

Great.. but..
The place is amazing beautiful. The location it's excellent to go to the erawam waterfall.
Not clean, breakfast cold and not tasting at all. Should have, since they are on booking, some people that at least speak a little bit of English.

great service, great stay
The resort was really scenic, there was a nice restaurant and cafe in the compound and a really close rafting tour that comes. Great fun, loved it
